FAQs

Why does CONFIDANT exist?

The world is changing. We are in the midst of both a creative and spiritual renaissance. Many people are seeking answers to questions they cannot take to traditional professionals without fear of being judged or dismissed. CONFIDANT was created to meet this need, combining the experience of a spiritual adviser and a creative strategist—specifically for artists and entrepreneurs who need a safe, alternative space to be heard and supported.

How are you helping?

We hold space for artists and entrepreneurs, the backbone of every civilization, to thrive. By helping them gain clarity through our offerings, they are better able to fulfill their purpose as creators while also flourishing in life.

What we are not

We are not professional therapists. If you require therapeutic support, please seek licensed service providers. We also do not provide representation or act as agents for creatives.

How do you handle client confidentiality?

Client privacy is a top priority. All sessions are confidential, and for high-profile clients we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure complete security. Clients may also remain anonymous if they wish.

Are all your sessions digital?

Yes. Our sessions are conducted digitally and are primarily audio-based. Video is optional, and is used when presentations are required or when a client specifically requests it for themself.

What happens after payment?

Once a payment option is selected and confirmed, we immediately reach out to schedule the first session—unless the client has already made prior arrangements with us.

What is your mission?

Our mission is to help at least 100 creators, including artists and entrepreneurs, gain clarity on their life, purpose, projects, and spiritual realities.

With a monthly plan, do my unused hours roll over to the next month?

No, unused hours do not automatically roll over. However, in special cases — such as when a client is unable to attend sessions for well-communicated and valid reasons — rollovers may be granted upon request.
